PHOENIX AZ., Aug. 15, 2019 — Health Information Management Systems (HiMS), an Electronic Health Records (EHR) software company dedicated to creating value based care tools for integrated health care providers, today announced its sponsorship of both Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Conference (IMMH) and the Colorado Behavioral Health Council Conference (CBHC). The company was also recognized as a finalist in this year’s Copper Cactus Awards hosted by the Tucson Metro Chamber.

“IMMH and CBHC are two incredible conferences that HiMS is honored to be sponsoring,” said Khalid Al-Maskari, CEO of HiMS.

“Both conferences are helping to build the foundation of successfully treating, diagnosing and engaging with behavioral health patients by focusing on innovation. Our mission at HiMS is to provide a comprehensive EHR platform designed with the needs of the behavioral health community in mind. We look forward to gaining and sharing insights with other leaders in our industry through these events.”

IMMH’s 10th annual conference will take place from August 15-18th in San Diego, California at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel, and CBHC will be held on September 25-28 in Breckenridge, Colorado at the Beaver Run Resort. The company will be exhibiting at CBHC at booth #105 and will be showcasing its user-friendly and mobile-optimized Axiom software platform that helps users navigate key patient information without having to sift through clutter.

As another proof-point to HiMS’s growing success and dedication to its employees, the company was recognized as a finalist in the 2019 Copper Cactus Awards in the Best Place to Work category. HiMS consistently strives to go above and beyond for its employees by emphasizing employee engagement, competitive benefits and innovation. Award winners will be announced at a ceremony on September 13 at Tucson’s Casino Del Sol.

“We work hard to empower employees to test their limits, learn new things and embrace a culture of innovation to create a product that’s incredibly different from other electronic health records on the market,” said Al-Maskari. “It’s through the ideas, talent and energy of HiMS employees that our company continues to grow and thrive in a highly competitive health care environment.
