HiMS Recognized for its Innovative Electronic Health Records Platform
TUCSON, Ariz., – (Sept. 11, 2019) Healthcare Information Management Systems (HiMS), an Electronic Health Records (EHR) software company dedicated to creating value-based care tools for integrated health care providers, today announced it was named the “Technology Firm of the Year” by the Minority and Small Business Alliance of Southern Arizona.

The Minority and Small Business Alliance of Southern Arizona has been presenting awards to innovative companies for the past 27 years. Committee judges take into consideration many aspects of a business owner’s story, including business performance, growth, economic impact and the challenges and adversities that nominees have overcome on their road to success. Community involvement is also an important aspect.
